SS316L 1.6Mpa Plate Heat Exchanger PN16 DN200 Flange
Plate heat exchanger
The plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger composed of a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates, through which heat is exchanged. Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for liquid-liquid, liquid-vapor heat exchange. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and light structure, small footprint, wide application and long service life. In the case of the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of the tubular heat exchanger, and its floor area is one-third of that of the tubular heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90%.
Structural principle
The detachable plate heat exchanger is made of many punched corrugated thin plates at a certain interval, sealed by gaskets around them, and overlapped and compressed with frames and compression screws. The four corner holes of the plates and gaskets form fluid separation. At the same time, the cold and hot fluids are reasonably separated, so that they flow in the flow channels on both sides of each plate and exchange heat through the plates.
The optimal design calculation of the plate heat exchanger is to reasonably determine its model, process and heat transfer area under the condition of known temperature difference ratio NTUE, so that NTUp is equal to NTUE.
